The hotel will feature standard and suite-style room configurations, with guest rooms present on levels 2–6 of the property’s proposed single building. The standard guest rooms will offer upscale amenities for this hotel class, while the suites shall feature a larger living area and additional amenities such as a kitchenette and dining table. The guest room bathrooms shall be generously sized, featuring independent rain shower and hand-held showers, and stone vanity tops. The floors will be a combination of tile and wood finish LVT- No carpet or wood to deteriorate. A combination of printed vinyl wall covering and paint will finish the walls. The guest rooms will range in size from 312 square feet all the way up to 751 square feet for an extended-stay suite. The Guest Rooms are positioned to compete extremely well in size and amenities with all Guest Rooms in the Hotel’s competitive set
